WOW! What a kick of spice! But the black tea is strong, too! Nice! A real eye-opener!
I thought for sure I tried this one long ago but it’s not registered here, yet, for me, so…here goes with more coming soon!
This is a black tea I would enjoy any morning! You, see, I try and start every morning with at least 1 black tea and then go from there!
This is quite strong and I like it very much! It has a pleasing astringency to it, too!
As always, I drink this straight up! No additives…I see almost all who have enjoyed this drink with additions such as cream and/or sugar, but for me…the strength and stand alone is awesome for my morning brew! RAWK ON Queen Mary! RAWK ON!
Another new Maple offering from Shanti. This one is pretty good. It pairs a nice sweet Rooibos with some even spices and the Maple flavors are mixed in underneath. It has just enough of all of the flavors without going overboard! I like that!
Gentle yet noticeable aroma of pears. The taste is juicy-smooth. The pear tastes linger into the aftertaste…it’s quite nice! Yummy both hot and cold :)
If you like the aroma of maple/maple syrup you’ll have to check out this brand new offering from Shanti! The Maple is AMAZING prior and during infusion. At the end of the infusion the little bit of smoke comes out to play, too, but the primary scent IS Maple.
The color of the liquor is that of a lighter oolong.
The taste is really good…I’ll just say that plain and simple…GOOD. It morphs. At first you can taste the maple…then the hint of smoke, then the Oolong, then back to maple. It has a juicier finish. I’m impressed.
Just a heads-up Shanti has other Maple selections, too, and I will be reviewing some of them here and over at Sororitea Sisters very soon!
LOVE me some Shanti!
Thanks for this one LiberTEAs! I agree – the BEST taste for this tea is HOT tea – slightly cooled for a few moments at room temp. It’s reminiscent of gun powder but with floral and fruity notes! D-lish!
Drinking a cup right now while trying to catch up with my backlogging. Today this tastes less steamy and more orange and rose. Still yummy tho! Thumbs up!
This is a good straight-up lemon and ginger herbal tea! YUM!
Backlogging 2 c ups from the other day…see my other notes :)
Special thanks to LiberTEAs for this one. Overall this was a nice Decaf Tea! I agree with LiberTEAs that it’s just slightly ‘thinner’ than the regular momo! I really like this one…so much so that I had 3 cups yesterday…the white peach is a nice touch…and I really like the black decaf tea taste in this!
