I think this may have been the only EG oolong I have ever had. If I had others…I can’t recall them at the moment. I will say this is quite impressive. I was hesitant not because I don’t like an interesting EG but because I was wondering just how it would work with an oolong. This is really amazing tho! It’s everything you would WANT in a EG and awesomely done with an Oolong! It’s one of the darkest infused oolongs I have ever tried liquor-color-wise but the over all experience was quite special. I will say I am a fan!
I received a sample of this today and must say it’s a daring and darling tea! It’s sweet with a bit of pleasant sour notes underneath. There are also some fruity and floral hints as well. AND it ends with a malty-woodsy type taste! I did prefer the 2nd infusion over the 1st only because I thought it had more over-all flavor! I think I am going to try a 3rd infusion as well. This is very special! I like it a lot!
