I hope I am logging the right one…The one I am actually sampling right now is called Black Chai from Yogi…so…the description looked the same after my Google search. Anyhow…I received this from a friend in Norway via a Tea Swap. It looks like it’s packaged in Amsterdam, tho. The scent is mild for a Chai but that doesn’t bother me. It’s a lighter brown for a chai in color. it’s a tad pale in taste, but, at least it’s not overbearingly spicy like some bagged Chai’s can be. Then again…most people add milk, I usually don’t. This is a fairly good cuppa.

I love, love, love this tea!!! The smell – truly chocolate covered strawberries, the taste is more of a black with yummy chocolate/strawberry highlights! I LOVE this!!!
Backlogging. This is an awesomely flavored black tea in a bag. I love it! LOVE IT. The scent is out of this world and a unique, creative blend!
Noticed this wasn’t on Steepster – so I’m adding! LOVE this. Very nice!
I noticed there wasn’t any Eastern Shore Teas listed so I am back logging this one. I really like it. The Scent is amazing! True Apple Cider Scent! Nice taste, too!
I’m neutral about this one so far. It’s not bad but it’s not memorable, either. The scent, taste, and coloring is all, well, for lack of better work, neutral…but if it wakes me up I suppose it did the deed, eh!?
After seeing the previous 3 reviews – it looks like I am in the minority, but I just can’t bring myself to give this a thumbs up. It was very medicine like. I couldn’t finish the cup. I am very picky on my herbal teas…I don’t usually like the fruity ones so maybe that is it. Very Sorry but I vote a thumbs down. :X
Smells a bit creamy prior to steeping. Not much scent after steeping. Nice darker Rooibos Color. You can certainly taste the sweetness of the Rooibos with a slight hint of cream and barely-there strawberry. All-in-all – a nice, sweet cuppa.
Backlogging…average but good.
Not much for scent after steeping but the color is awesome! Mild but pleasant. It’s nice!
Lives up to its name that is for sure. Nice Mint, can’t really taste the Tarragon, but that’s ok with me. Dark in color, brilliant in scent.
Just bought today. It was from their Bulk Loose Leaf that they packaged. The packaging is very nice. It’s a neat white colored tea with a tint of light brown. It’s mossy scented, almost. But the taste is great! It’s earthy but sweet! A tad more sweet than earth. I really, really like it!
Good. Noticed this time around the longer you steep/oversteep the fruitier it gets and a tad bitter…but still a nice blend
I bought this purely because it sounded different. I must say I was nervous about this, BUT, I am enjoying it as I type. WHen you open the tea bag envelop it smells like a fruity wine, almost. When and after steeping it smells more like a more gentle juice of sorts. It’s the darkest white tea color I have seen yet. The taste of fruit is a nice touch and thankfully not overbearing. I was pleasantly surprised with this one.
Haven’t had this in a while. Glad I had it this morning. Nice and cheery
I got this from a friend in Norway from a Tea Swap. It’s smells awesome before, during, and after the steep! Almost like an Apple Cider! If you oversteep it it taste more like a bitter green tea with flavoring…but if you steep it just right the Apple Cider-ness is perfect with the Green Tea! Creative, Fun blend! Thumbs Up!
Typical Green Tea type color, scent, etc…a tad bit on the sweet side for a Green tea and not much of an aftertaste which I appreciate. It’s a little perfumy, grassy, but a nice cup! I like it!
Very Cherry, indeed! Thank GOD for the pairing with the Green Tea. It’s LOVELY together. The aroma is more intense than the flavoring – but I think it’s because the green tea toned it down a tad. All-in-All it’s a nice cuppa and a creative blend…glad someone attempted it! Nice Job!
LOVE this! Minty indeed but not as intense as the Herbal Peppermint Adagio has (mind you I love both) but…this is nice because it’s a green tea! Wonderful idea and pairing!
Yum, Yum, Yum, to my tum, tum, tum
Received this from Norway from a Tea Swap. VERY nightly scented with Orange – but it’s like a Juicy orange type…and paired with Cinnamon. It works well with the Black Tea. I enjoyed.
2 cups…via resteep. Still LOVE.
Backlogging. Enjoyed! :)
Steeped more and for longer…I suggest doubling the amount and length of steep to make it stronger…it’s better that way, at least I think so…backlogging
