It is in the back of a cookware shop, very small, but it overlooks the river, Fifty teas to choose from, served in make your own tea sacs. Decor is “summer porch” simple. Food is creative and very good. Portions are on the small side for the entrees but large for dessert. It is quite new and well worth going to.
