It was okay, nothing amazing. Not sure what I was expecting though. The vanilla wasn’t very prominent.
The quality of the ingredients is pretty amazing and I feel awesome after drinking it, but I don’t particularly care for the taste. I find myself trying to get it down instead of relaxing and enjoying it. Complex flavors.
There wasn’t anything overly special about it – but it’s good. The price is a little “steep” so I would opt to go with one of the less expensive options if I were in the mood for mint tea, like twinning’s pure mint.
I was a bit surprised to have fallen in love with this tea. It’s a bit strong without the bitter taste, with undertones of vanilla. A true treat.
I’m editing my note and rating for this one. I had a cup of this last night and it fell into the amazing category. Steeped with .5 teaspoons of raw rose honey – which is a rare treat for me. Usually I take my tea straight up. The honey did something to this tea. The ginger wasn’t as overpowering. It was actually rather soothing – even on my wisdom tooth coming in! Pretty surprising. The taste of this tea is absolutely delightful. A+
Great to drink on a rainy day. One of the better earl greys I’ve ever had; was lighter, more fragrant. Very enjoyable.
