I’m getting peach notes today, along with the jasmine and the grassy green base. Makes me wish it were springtime.

I’ve been jonesing for a good cuppa green tea with Jasmine for a while now. Twinings doesn’t usually disappoint! Their green tea is especially amazing.
Jasmine is so fragrant and gentle, and the base of this is equal parts smooth and lively.

I picked this up at Shaw’s, along with a Ingenui-Tea teapot from Adagio tea.

The teapot is ridiculously convenient and awesome, and this tea is great too! It’s a cheaper version of Tiesta Tea’s Fireberry blend, basically. It is sweet and berrylicious. Tastes like a cup of healthy goodness, and it is both responsible socially (being organic) and hibiscus-wise. ;)

I always seem to come back to this tea. I love it, in all its crappy corporate glory.

It does actually manage to taste good… Smooth and subtly fruity. Low maintenance. Ideal for work. I more than likely will finish the box, forget about it for a year, and then buy a new box and enjoy it again for its consistency and light, inoffensive flavor.

Today when I made this, I get toasted coconut, sweet plum, and vanilla. Last time I made it, I could taste licorice, but today I gave it a shorter steep time.

Yummmm! This is one blend by Zhena’s that hasn’t let me down. Trying to sip down this sampler set from them.

I think… I think I’m slowly changing my mind about hibiscus teas. I like this one, and it’s almost entirely hibiscus. But the sourness works with the tart apple and spice notes.

Maybe I only like it with non-berry fruit flavors.

I really, really dig this one. The sour lime just works. Then again, I’m a huge fan of all things citrus.

It perfectly captures the essence of wintertime— spice with a bite, and of course, white tea to match the white snow. The thing I like about Numi is that their bagged teas taste like loose leaf teas. They just have a magic touch that not many other companies have in their bagged options.

This one got better after I let it sit for a month. I still don’t taste a lot of bergamot, but the raspberry is tasty enough.

Zhena’s teas look better in the canisters than they actually taste, as a rule.

Boyfriend has several coworkers and managers from the UK at his job, and one of them gave him these Earl Grey teabags from England. I wish I knew the brand—- they’re square and unmarked white filterbags, like the Celestial Seasonings teabags.

Holy God, is it amazing tea though. The base is nice and robust, with hints of cocoa and Assam-like astringency. The bergamot tastes both citrusy and spicy.

Oh yeah, this is the genuine article. He’s had the loose version of it, too, and says that it’s even better.

Picked up a bottle of the original kind. I just wanted kombucha all of the sudden.

This didn’t really taste like much. I prefer the Gingerberry kind. Ginger and kombucha were a match made in heaven. This plain kind was okay. It was something healthy to drink, and it wasn’t gross by any stretch. But I think if I’m going to drop the $4 for a single bottle of this stuff, I want it to be more memorable.
