Very Merry Berry Medley Rooibos

Rooibos Tea by 52teas

Wow. When was the last time we featured a rooibos blend? It has been a while. Allow me to remedy that.

Here’s caffeine-free African rooibos blended with real freeze-dried raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries! A delicious treat and a welcome reminder of warmer days as the mercury continues to drop. Hope you all enjoy this as much as I enjoyed blending it!

While I am not enjoying this one as much as I was hoping to it does in fact deliver. It is very berry indeed. It just turns out too tart for me and I think I will add some tea honey to this next time around. I was also hoping to identify each fruit on it’s one throughout the sip but it really just turns into it’s own sort of super fruit. Keep in mind it is good just not what I thought it would be.

Quite lovely. I had taken a big 52Teas break after my disappointing Peach Cobbler and confusing Cantaloupe Bai Mu Dan, but this tea tipped the balances. I know that rooibos isn’t really tea, but I still love it. The berries sifted nicely into this drink, very sweet. I couldn’t distinguish one berry over another, but I think if I had to pick one it might be blueberry. I don’t even know if there are blueberries in it!

Yum yum yum!

Oh, my precious. I am having a delicious raspberry/blackberry forward mug of this right now. I never want this pouch to end. THis rises to the top of my fruit teas AND my rooibos – A sure winner all around. I’m still hoping that this is one of my oops teas…hopefully that package arrives soon and I can find out! Wonderfully berry flavoured, very authentic and natural as opposed to sweetened fruit flavours. I love it! I really do!

My work tea! I’ve been having bad dreams for a few weeks so I figured that today I would just drink soothing favourite teas to try to knock the ghosties away. The best part is that I don’t think I’m upset about anything! Stupid subconscious…

The tea is lovely. i continue to get a blueberry-esque flavour, with delicious fruit. not heavy on the rooibos, great to sit in a travel mug for ages.

I think I love this tea. It’s really hitting the spot right now – amazing berry flavour, and I still think it’s the blueberries that are really shouting at me. But a sweet blueberry flavour, maybe like a blueberry syrup or over-ripe ones. I’m making pancakes for breakfast with blueberries, so this is perfect!

I love this one – I really do! So yummy, I continue to get bluleberry as the dominant berry. Just yummy in a cup!

Resteep! Way more flavorful the second time around than I expected. Is there anything I can’t resteep? Way impressed! I really need to put all my teas to this test.

The beau and I made a very delicious pot of this to enjoy. We’ve been playing Sonic on the PS3 and drinking Very Merry Berry for the past hour or two…a fantastic way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Today we had one giant blueberry and a giant blackberry in our tea…they flavoured up the mix quite nicely. We also got at least 4 12 oz cups out of only 1 tsp of tea. Yay!

Had a delightful cup of old faithful this morning. I had a week of sketchy teas last week, so I think I’ll be turning to some of my favourites this week. This short week! I am so looking forward to my four day weekend with my family. My grandmother will be 83 on Thursday, and the beau and I are spending Easter in her neck of the woods, so yummy teas are in order!

Brought this with us also for our weekend away. I just steeped myself up a mug of it…I love using the travel mug infused as a regular infused. Anyway, this tea is always delicious and I am so glad that we have a second pouch of it at home. Thank you Frank!!

Also, it’s really hard to type on an iPod!
