  • “I brewed some of this for today’s iced tea sipping. Delicious as always … still one of my faves from 52Teas … this one is perfectly peach and banana. Love it.” Read full tasting note
  • “Another Christmas tea sample from 52teas. There is such a strong banana aroma to this tea that I had to increase the rating from the last tasting. The flavor that comes through is a smooth sweet...” Read full tasting note

From 52teas

Banana peach flavored green tea with real no-sugar-added dried banana and peach pieces. Think of it like tea with a hint of cool refreshing fruit smoothie added in.

Finished this one up today (I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed it before!) and I know I’m going to miss this one. The banana and peach work perfectly together and they don’t taste at all artificial. And then the smooth green tea base just brings it all together!

I am building experience with green teas! Due to a chaotic morning, I was not in top tasting form and didn’t even drink half my cup. This is fruity, but I couldn’t really taste the banana. Not bad, but I’ll have to give it another shot sometime when I’m more relaxed. :)

This makes an awesome iced tea, especially with a little bit of lehua honey. Shared a bunch with some friends today and got rave reviews. The banana and peach flavors really come through. This is one of the teas that I plan to always have on hand.

I think this is fantastic. Green is good, but the banana really shines through. Peach is subtle, but given the choice, I’d opt for more banana anyway. I just ordered more, and this bag was just opened. Great hot or iced, but I think the fruits come out more as the tea cools. Excellent with honey or without.

This is a great tea, hot or iced, sweet or unsweet. Right now I am drinking it hot, unsweet and it is doing the trick, this Saturday morning. Glad they reblended it at 52teas.com and I was able to snatch up a couple of pouches. One of my favorite green teas ever!

This isn’t my favorite fruity green tea from 52teas, but it’s not bad! I taste more banana for sure. It adds a bit of a starchy quality to the tea. It’s all quite fresh!

This is one of my all-time favorites from Frank’s era, so I was happy to reblend it for our anniversary month (June) – like an anniversary gift to me.

I cold brewed this overnight, and it did not disappoint. Sweet, juicy peach flavor & smooth banana flavor. I love it!

Peach upfront with banana trailing behind. Sweet, juicy, and very delicious.

This tea has been on my wishlist forever. It used to be part of the permanent collection at 52Teas and I never purchased it, thinking I could always buy it ‘next time’. Of course companies change and I lost my chance – so I was delighted when LiberTeas reblended it.

The smell of the dry tea is so good I almost want to eat it. The peach is the more dominant flavour when the tea is warm but the banana comes out after the brew has had a chance to cool. It’s a fantastic flavour combination that would probably be good iced as well.

Ugh, I totally hear you! I know I’ve said this before but DAVIDS TEA has been bad for that lately.

^ Indeed. So disappointed in what DTs is coming up with lately. Especially since several of their discontinued teas had been so stellar.

Agreed. Haven’t been there in months, and with it being iced tea season I’m trying to use bagged fruit herbals for iced tea since on hot days my husband and I go through a 2L pitcher a day and I’m trying to save money. Therefore, I don’t think I’ll be buying much from them anytime soon since that’s going to be there focus til September ish.

Good call. And smart to sip down all the herbals and fruity teas, bagged or otherwise.

This is another tea from a recent 52Teas haul. The banana flavor overwhelms the peach in my first cup, but the banana pieces are much bigger than the pieces of peach (at least in my small sample bag). The banana smells and tastes like banana runts, and I don’t really mind that. I do wish there was more peach flavor. I get it at the very end of each sip and it reminds me of a juicy, ripe (but not overly so) peach. It’s quite tasty. I’ll just have to shake up the contents of the bag better before my next cuppa to see if I can find a better distribution of fruit pieces. All in all, another pleasant surprise from 52Teas. Very enjoyable, especially for a flavored green tea. I had it hot, but I imagine it’d be lovely chilled or iced. I’ll have to add a larger bag to my next order.
