Yum yum yum yum yum!

This is incredibly refreshing. I am sipping it hot right now, but I already know that this will be amazing iced too… in fact, I may just be making a batch of it in a bit to put in the fridge for tomorrow’s iced tea sipping. The tartness of the berry is mellowed just slightly by the cool cucumber notes. Sweet, savory, tart … delicious. I like this one a lot!

I brewed some last night and refrigerated – this is amazing iced! Even better than hot. YUM! Perfect accompaniment to my delicious lunch – burger sprinkled with black truffle sea salt.

I got my Earl Grey Guayusa in today’s mail… so I may just have to go brew up a cup of that before it gets too late. (Don’t want the Guayusa to keep me up all night)

I brewed up a nice big jug of iced tea out of this blend, which this tea is totally suited for, I might add. The white tea base doesn’t hide the fruitiness of the strawberries and the cucumber is a fresh background note (and thankfully not the least bit dill pickle-y). The boyfriend-creature likes it too and he’s not generally a tea fan.

I have no idea what cucumber in tea taste like, so I’m not sure if what I’m tasting is cucumber-ish. I do know that the white base is delicate and delicious, the strawberry is sweet and aromatic, and there IS something there, toning down the tartness a little. Is that the cucumber?

And the fusion of these flavors makes this tea very yummy!
