As following my zabaglione teas last night, I steeped this up and added a splash of cream and a few rock sugar crystals.

The apricot flavor is nice and strong in this, a bit of tangy chewy cheesecake flavor, probably the most cheesecake flavor I’ve noticed in any of the cheesecake blends thus far. I am really enjoying how the flavors mesh together. Excellent tea!

Oh YUM! I’ve tried several of the cheesecake flavored teas from 52Teas, but this one may just be the best one!

The apricot is sweet and juicy, the cheesecake flavor is tangy. The black tea base is brisk and delicious. A very nicely balanced cup of tea that I am really loving. YUMMMMM!

This one has been on my wish list/sopping list for a while! Thanks to LiberTEAs I was able to try it today! It’s pretty darned tasty, folks! The marmalady-apricot with the creamy cheesecake-likeness…it is certainly one of the better cheesecake blends from 52 Teas and I have like pretty much all of them! YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!

Backlogging and a SIPDOWN…I will miss this one!

Backlogging and sipdown from Wednesday…yes…I’m fairly behind…

This was my breakfast this am! What a great way to start my day! This is a smooth taste, great apricot flavor with hints of cheesecake. Yum yum…. if I didn’t want to sleep tonight I would go enjoy another cup right now. But unfortunately I need to sleep, haven’t figured out how not too yet ;)

I decided on this cup to take for my first full time day in my new position… (the current business manager is still there to show me the ropes HOWEVER she was sick today) I was glad to have a good tea to get me through my morning of flying solo on my first fulltime day! I rocked it! :) Bring on tomorrow!

Having a cup of this to calm my nerves! My luck got worse this week! I went to pick my children up after work yesterday and by the time I got to the daycare the car was making a horrible noise and smelling very hot. (I actually had thought it was the truck in front of me but when I turned off the main road I realized it was mine.) So this am we are having it towed to the garage and I am bracing myself for the repair bill!!!
This tea is nice though just needs a touch of valium LOL.

Marigold petals and apricot pieces added to a splended black tea make for a nice looking assortment in the pouch this tea came in. The dry aroma is sweet and very creamy.

This tea brews a beautiful yellow-caramel liquor which effuses a subdued fruity and creamy aroma. I think I was expecting something stronger, but this was nice.

From the brew comes a light flavor profile containing the lightest of floral notes and fruit tones. You can clearly taste the apricot and the marigold petals comes through rather nicely in the finish and hold through the tail.

Brewed properly this blend has very little astringency and only the slightest hints of bitterness on the tongue.

As we know, I enjoy flavored black teas, I very much enjoy NY style cheese cake, but apricots I have no opinion on, I could love them or hate them. This was a smooth black tea, you can definitely taste the apricots, which I’m afraid made it a little bit too bitter for me. Unfortunately I did not get the cheesecake taste. Tried it hot and with some sugar, but might have been better (more cheesecake-like flavor) with milk and or as the 52teas suggests a latte.

Smooth and fruity. A rich dessert tea. GREAT as an iced tea latte!
