Hot steep/cold-brew for this one too. I’m not sure which method I prefer (straight cold-brewing or hot/cold), but this cup is better than the last one I had (which was just cold-brewed), so perhaps I’ll stick with the brief hot infusion method, at least for real teas.
Anyhow, this is creamy and loaded with cardamom. Sadly, I’m not picking up peach, but at least I really do love the spice blend here. I apparently quite like cardamom-heavy chais. I bet if I mixed in a bit of milk and honey, this would be mind-blowing, but it’s pretty good as is, so why would I add extra calories to it?
(Yeah, I’m totally trying to talk myself out of adding milk/honey at this point… heh…)
