A tart blend of pure Ceylon tea, lemon and cinnamon. The zing of the Indian Ocean and the quiet following the tempest!

SSTTB #4. (Just watch and laugh, Sil. Watch and laugh.)

This one smells divine. Lemony candy with a hint of cinnamon. Sadly, it doesn’t taste that way at all. It’s really drying and unpleasant, and the lemon turns into a mere wisp of taste although I can still smell it in the hot tea. I even added some sugar to help smooth everything out, and unfortunately I wasn’t able to hit a sweet spot.

This smells like it would make such a good iced tea, but doesn’t come through flavour wise. :(

SSTTB

This one smells much better than it tastes. So lemony and delicious. Mmmmm… However, tastewise, the lemon is muted and the spices leave a drying feeling in my mouth. It is just not for me. I am glad I got the chance to try it though :)

Cheri

Apparently, it’s an acquired taste. (Sorry, just some very bad humor. I needed it.)

VariaTEA

Haha. I liked it :)

this is one of the teas that missB sent my way. It smells quite lovely with the lemon and the addded spice. Drinking it up though, was a different sort of experience. There wasn’t as much lemon as i figured there might be and the spice left a weird taste in my mouth. I’m cold brewing the rest of my sample to see if that makes a difference in the taste:)

This likely came from either Murchie’s or Market Spice originally, however I grabbed it from Acquired Taste in Edmonton.

Smells like lemon, tastes like a lemony chai, sort of. A bit drying. All it is supposedly is lemon and cinnamon with Ceylon, and I get the faint idea of a lemon flavored cinnamon heart. Mild though, just… drying, and it feels like it’s from the cinnamon. It’s not a bad tea, just probably better suited for someone else. I also brewed it wrong, as it looks like a green… maybe it was mislabeled? Dunno.
