Bite of Peach Pie Chai

sample Sipdown of this one :) against from terri. First off i need to say that there is something about certain adagio teas that makes me sneeze! Non stop….even if i enjoy drinking the tea, i do it while sneezing. This is not the first tea to do it to me, and likely won’t be the last. I don’t know what it is but man…SNEEEZING! lol

In terms of the tea, this one isn’t so bad. It reminds me of that sort of kick you get with ginger peach teas. It’s not an overly artificial peach tea, like so many can and are. I think the spiciness of the chai helps. I wasn’t brave enough to add milk to this to see how it held up because i was quite enjoying my giant cup of sneezing…i mean tea :)

I like this quite a bit. I’d like it even more if i could manage to type the word quite without first typing it “quiet” but that’s not going to happen tonight apparently.

Did i mention my brain is all over the place? it’s likely the sneeezing..and dreaming of #49 sigh

I love the taste of peaches! My adagio order came today, & this was in there. I’m not sure how I feel about it, so I won’t say much. It didn’t knock my socks off, but it wasn’t gross, & I have a pretty good supply of it, so I’m sure I’ll have more to say about it next time.

I’m not really a huge fan of flavored teas, but every now & then Little Terri talks me into something like this…

First, cute name for a blend! Second, this is delicious! I smell the peach… the artificial peach scent. It is really strong, and I wish it didn’t have that smell. Nonetheless, it tastes good. I never thought of the idea of combining chai spices with peach and mango, but this delivered pretty well. It has a nice sweet and tart taste to it. I enjoyed the spices as I’m a big fan of chai. I added some sugar and milk, but this didn’t need the milk so much. But with the chai spices, I thought the milk would accentuate the spices more. I can’t tell if it did. Good tea overall! A great way to start my day!
