Toasted Almond Creme

Thank you to Rachel for sending me a sampling of this one. This is one that I’m sad to see has been discontinued… I like it. The almond flavor is a little “fake” – but it’s not really a bad fake – I guess the best way I can describe it is that it reminds me a bit of almond extract rather than actual almonds. But… I like almond extract, so I’m liking this.

I taste the “toasted” the “almonds” and the “creme” in this blend, and what I think I might like best about it is that I can’t really taste the funky black tea base. I can taste black tea, but not the Adagio black tea which tastes really off to me.

This is a blend that has been since deleted or discontinued. I’m game anyways!

It smells like creme, basically. It’s dark brown in color once infused. It tastes like creme and almond and almost a hint of sesame seed or toasted sesame…could just be name association or something tho.

This is alright. As it cools I’m getting more of the toasted part but not sure if it’s actually a toasted almond taste per say. :P
