Anteadote is pure, unsweetened tea, made with fresh tea leaves, not concentrate. Unlike the bottled teas found in your grocery, Anteadote contains no additives or preservatives. Filtered water, tea leaves, and vitamin C are its only ingredients. The results are pure refreshment and an abundance of health benefits. If you are looking to increase your consumption of tea, Anteadote is the answer: Health benefits and great taste in one convenient iced tea package.

Semi-backlog from yesterday.

This isn’t as bad as the green, as it’s heavier tea, but I can still taste the preservatives. I drank about half of it while baking Toblerone cookies. It’s actually really good mixed with ice and lemonade.

I still have about half a bottle left, so I mixed that with an iced black and some lemonade, and it’s pretty good.

Last bottle of Anteadote. And yes THIS HAS BAKING SODA IN IT too! The flavor is more substantial than the green, but has many of the same qualities which makes me wonder if it’s a green oolong or pouchong. There’s also a slight floral aspect to it. These two factors make that weird baking soda/vitamin c taste the least noticable of all the flavors, but it’s still there. I’ll drink the entire bottle. I’ll never buy, or even drink, this again due to the baking soda… but if they’d take it out, this is probably the only one I’d drink if offered- maybe the jasmine… but I won’t buy any of them again.

My tongue’s not particularly sophisticated, so I couldn’t tell you what specific sort of Oolong tea this is. The aroma has a slightly floral note to it, like jasmine. On the tongue it is a little astringent. Oolong is a very difficult tea to pre-brew and package, I think. The flavor is complex and something always seems missing from the final bottled beverage. This is not as great as a freshly-brewed cup of tea, but it is good. It is very light and I feel refreshed as I sit here, drinking it. It’d probably be even nicer with some ice.
