  • “A great chai. Very spiced, this blend seems to be mainly masala. The assam gives it a slightly stronger black tea taste. The cream tops it off, slightly sweetening the tea and mellowing it out.” Read full tasting note

From Adagio Teas

Something warm, spicy, and lovely for those cold days up at the Wall. (1.5 tsp, 3 min, 212 F) Goes very very well with milk/cream and sugar. Game of Thrones belongs to HBO, and A Song of Ice and Fire belongs to George R.R. Martin.

blended with black tea, assam melody, cloves, ginger root, cardamom pods, natural creme flavor, natural cinnamon flavor, cinnamon bark

teas: masala chai, assam melody, cream

steep at 212° for 5 mins
*side note: I changed the order of the ingredients, but the percentages of the blend is still the same.
