A Minty-Fresh Monkey by Sarah Almon

Green Herbal Blend by Adagio Teas

Your monkey loves to be cool, crisp, and fresh! Delicious ‘White Monkey’ green tea with a touch of spearmint and peppermint… for a non-gunpowder variation to the traditional Morrocan Mint. Soothing when served hot, amazingly refreshing when served iced.

Signature Blend Pass 2/72

It is minty bu not overbaring. In general not a bad tea but not something I usually go for. I will not be keeping any of this for me. However, I am sure others will like this one more than I. It is a “It’s Not You, It’s Me Tea”

This was a great pick for a relaxing late night cuppa. The mints blend nicely with the tea and don’t whack you over the head with their minty selves. Glad I can still taste the green tea through them. I should have saved the leaves for an iced cup after the morning workout, but too tired to think clearly. Very fresh cup o tea. Maybe I’ll dream of winter…sounds good in the sweltering heat wave we’re currently under!

Another TTB from Teachat tea. Glad for the opportunity to taste so many signature blends!

Woke up late today and allergies were kicking my behind. Decided on this tea from my samples purely because it contained mint. Mint soothes me when I feel under the weather. It didn’t lighten the blow of Benedryl to my mind, but it made me feel cool and calm. The mint is nice and mellow in this blend, but nothing special sticks out to make me want this over another minty blend.

Used 1TBSP to 16oz water. I wanted strong mint!

I love, love, love this blend. It’s refreshing and minty, but not like the mint is taking over your mouth or anything. It’s lovely unsweetened, but I prefer it with some honey.

Brewed for 3mins, though might have been better with 2. Initial taste is the mint with that herbal aftertaste I always get with mint tea that has no sugar. But the white monkey flavor definitely ends it. And as it cools the white monkey seems stronger. Nice.

Quite lovely. Mint does not take over which is nice …
