From Adagio Teas

Here’s a brainy tea blend for Freud and his boys (you know, Carl Jung and all those guys). Get your synapses snapping with green chai and lemon, high-caffeine citrus mate, and tangy ginseng green. Crack a freaking book and stop watching those movies. After a cup of this odd tea you’ll know how the story ends: it’s Freudz Boyz

This blend was crafted as an homage to my favorite comedy, gaming group, Mega64 (www.mega64.com). I mailed some samples into their weekly podcast and they tried them live. See their reactions and get yourself a taste for Mega64. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-WiSf8iqdtM)

I had originally planned this blend to use white chai, until I discovered it wasn’t listed for blends. So the green chai was added instead, along with some pineapple, coconut, and lemon accents. I’m pleased with the results, a blast of lemon and green, tempered with the cinnamon and spices in the chai and the warm zing of ginger in the ginseng. UPDATE: Garrett himself highlighted a great pro-tip with these fruity teas, feel free to fish out the pineapple pieces for mid-brew snack!
