Brew this when you’re not ready to commit to the caffeine-free Kevin rooibos but you still want a smooth experience. Prepare for a soothing cup of yellow-green glow without the grassiness of straight-up green tea. Oolong will make you happy. Make it with care: use cooler water (180° versus boiling) for 3-5 minutes.
