This is pretty mildly flavored. In my first cup, I could taste a little clove, orange, and vanilla. I did a resteep, and it tasted like pure gingerbread with notes of molasses. It’s so funny when the second steep tastes better than the first! I think overleafing this one is key. The next time I made this tea, it tasted like weak black tea and nothing else, so I didn’t even bother drinking it. So I’ve had mixed experiences with this one, but I grabbed it from a TTB, where it was stored in a regular Ziploc bag, so it’s possible there was flavor degradation.

I guess I’m getting a vague sort of orange spice flavor profile? But mostly I just taste the generic black tea base. It’s fairly woody and earthy with a bit of astringency thrown in as well.
So mostly it’s a crappy black tea with clove. But the sprinkles are cute! XD
