Our Matcha is the highest grade Ceremonial Matcha from the Nishio region of Japan. It has a subtle sweetness that lower grades do not, so it is very drinkable without added sweetener. That said, it is also delicious iced with a dash of simple syrup.

What makes Matcha truly remarkable is that is has an extremely high antioxidant content and contains over 10 to 15 times the overall nutrients compared to traditional green, white, black, rooibos and yerba mate teas as well as most fruits and vegetables. It also contains L-Theanine, an amino acid that is known to reduce mental and physical stress and when combined with caffeine in the tea leaf, causes a state of Calm Alertness or Relaxed Energy.
