I really like this. It took a while to get into it. For the subtleties to come through. But it’s great for mid-morning or early afternoon. It’s well rounded but not overpowering. A good, solid cuppa!
Kenya Golden Milima
This is a fine, high quality single estate tea with a large, well made orthodox/clonal leaf and plenty of attractive yellow tip. The brewed tea has a deep orange-red lustre and a rich, pungent aroma that is reminiscent of Assam or a mid-season Darjeeling. Milima has a wonderful astringency in the mouth and plenty of body but with a pleasing smoothness and elegance with a hint of Rooibos and Nilgiri to it.
