Snow pear Oolong
Snow Pear Oolong (Xue Li) A lightly oxidized Oolong, Snow Pear is from the An Xi Region of Fujian Province. Hand-rolled leaves are a light shade of green and offer a subtle fragrant aroma as the name suggests. The taste is light and brief yet distinct leaving a thin sweet fruit aftertaste. Rinse this Oolong, then steep it for 2-3 minutes in water of 195-200 degrees.
