With all the after-holiday coughs and sniffles, I reached for this one hoping for strong antioxidant qualities. I often have a problem with the color of white tea since I like to sample the tea with my eyes first then taste. While the color is light, both color and taste are very rich in this blend so but I enjoyed it. This was a sample but I think that I am going to add this to my shopping list.
Mu-Tan White Peony
White Tea by Anna Marie's Teas
Rare white tea from China is produced on a very limited scale. The new buds are plucked before they open, withered to allow natural moisture to evaporate and then dried. Curled up buds have a silvery appearance and give a very pale straw-colored liquor. Mellow, sweet, and subtle flavor. Low in caffeine.
