I definitely need to try this more so expect this note to change. However, as it stands right now, I’m not exactly blown away by this tea despite its description as a high quality oolong. It’s not bad by any means but has none of the complexities I like in my oolongs. I find it quite strong with a vegetal bite. Maybe I like my oolongs a little more flowery? I’m sticking with this for now because it might be a brewing issue. Definitely worth a try for oolong fans, though.
Heavenly Oolong
An imperial favorite. This oolong tea would have been a true find even at double the price! The color and taste are what one can expect of much more expensive oolongs. Heavenly Oolong tea is the pride of Apollo Tea. From a small plot in Fujian Province. Very rare.
