Once a year, as the early spring frosts begins to melt off the first flush, young green tea buds and tips are hand harvested and immediately pan-dried. This minimal processing is very similar to that of white teas. Our garden select Snow Dragon, cultivated in China’s northern Fujian region, delivers clean, refreshing flavor with soft, woodsy notes.
