Sipdown (286)

Pulled this one out of the focus box only to realize it had just a single serving left for a 16 oz mug. I figured I’d finish it off since it was getting older and was never something I felt I need to have stocked.

As far as the peach and ginger flavor profile goes, I have better and more readily available blends. White Ginger Peach from Tea Haus comes to mind, as does the version from T by Daniel. This is more hibiscus heavy than I’d like and while there is peach to it, its fairly artificial. It’s got ginger flavor but not a burn-y ginger, yet it hits at the back of your tongue which is weird. It’s fine but nothing special. Dropping the rating from 69.

Nattie

I quite like this one iced, but I wasn’t overly impressed with it hot.

003/365

I used up the last of my leaf as a cold brew. It was maybe a little on the light side, given that I didn’t have a massive amount left, but it’s still clearly peach flavoured. There’s a hint of ginger also, but it’s much less noticeable than it is when brewed hot.

I added lemonade to my second glass, just to see, and that’s a thing that works quite well with this one. I might buy some more of this next spring/summer, if it’s still around.

A unexpectedly sad sipdown!
