Ujihikari Maccha

I really enjoyed this tea. It has the flavor of fresh spinach but that’s about it. I was hoping it was a little more balanced and complex with a little sweetness and an earthier, grass taste as well. It also lacked the umami mouth feel I tend to look for too. Nontheless, I do give this a high rating because of the quality characteristics such as freshness, bright color, quality taste and the way the foam whisks up nicely after a short time. I do recommend this tea.
