A dreamy organic matcha that, when shaken vigorously in a tall, skinny bottle, produces a very fine crema that remains through to the last sip. Plenty of umami, slightly earthy, very vegetal — tastes like the smell of spring in Japan. Certified USDA Organic, also meets the much stricter EU and Japan Organic standards. A very rare organic matcha — organic matcha doesn’t get much better than this blend.
