Buchi Air

Black Fruit Herbal Blend by Buchi

Buchi Air is the second flavor in our elemental series which features Echinacea Supreme, a proprietary blend of certified organic Echinacea locally grown by Gaia HerbsĀ® and a combination of pineapple, herbs and a hint of mint. The element of air is the soul and breath of life; it embodies levity, movement, and liberation. The crisp and refreshing properties of Buchi Air will lift your spirit and your mind. If the essence of air could be bottled, this is how it would taste.

Ingredients:
*Raw kombucha, *apple juice, *Gaia Herbs Echinacea Supreme (purpurea and angustifolia), *pineapple juice, *lime juice, *peppermint leaves, and natural color from edible flowers
(starred ingredients are Certified Organic)

I figured if beer tastes better when it’s on draft, the same has to apply to kombucha!

I figured I’d like this one better than fire, which is gingery. This is verrrrry minty. I’m not a fan of echinacea because it makes my stomach hurt, but that’s not going to really stop me. Beyond mint, it just has an herbal taste. On their website they say there’s pineapple too but I can’t taste it. Oh well.

I prefer the Water flavor but that is not available on draft at my Whole Foods :(

This isn’t bad though. I just think the pricing is weird. 16 oz is $5, but 24 oz is $6 (and that’s probably WF and not Buchi’s deal). And it is like, extra fizzy compared to those in the bottle. I couldn’t stop drinking it in the car because it was reminding me of my favorite kinds of beer, but sweeter and I can drink this and drive. Obviously.
