This is a decent tie guan yin, for the price. I typically steep it for multiple infusions for short periods. Brews really nicely in a gaiwan or a small tea pot.
Tie kuan Yin
Cheap, traditional roasted tie guan yin. Great everyday tea. You can pick up a 500g tin for about $10 Canadian.
Has a nutty, roasted flavour with hints of honey. After a couple infusions a sweet melon like flavour comes through as well.
A surprisingly great tea for the money.
