Pu-erh Tea by Camellia Sinensis
In the tradition of aged teas, this one, originating in Guangxi in China, is characterized by large dark leaves compressed into a 500g cake. The infusion exudes deep notes of leather and softwood. The liquor is light brown and smooth without bitterness, enhanced by spicy accents (fennel). A crisp and sweet finish completes this journey of tastes.
