Package says 1-2 minute steep at 158 degrees. Seems too short and cool. I’ll continue to experiment.
Organic Everyday Arya Darjeeling
The Organic Everyday Arya Darjeeling is from the First Flush of a wonderful tea made from the varietal called Clonal Ex 24 which is the same varietal that produces the Pearl, Emerald and Ruby Darjeelings. And like Arya’s other speciality teas, it also comes from sections 3YT and 5a on the Estate, renowned for producing exceptional, superior quality teas.This is from last year’s premium vintage crop which means the leaves have developed more fruity and bold characteristics.The liquor’s appearance has a vibrant light golden and mellow amber colour. The taste is very smooth, velvety and sweet with just the right amount of briskness to embody a well rounded cup.
