I went to the gym today and got a good workout, now I’m just trying to stay awake through the evening’s activity which involves going to an art opening.

I steeped for 3 minutes at 180F; this yielded a very light tea liquor. I’m not sure I’ve ever had an acai berry before, but the flavor reminds me of a cross between a blueberry and a raspberry. I wasn’t sure I’d like this, but it’s very nice and refreshing… might also be good as a cold brew tea. It isn’t as sweet as some white teas I’ve tried, but that might also be due to the acai flavoring.

This is a sample from Anny Oxidant & the Tea Bullie, thanks again for the generous envelope of goodies.

This is a very light in flavor and color. I’ve not had acai berry on it’s own but it reminds me of several other berries. The white tea seems to be very subtle, so it didn’t live up to my expectations. I think this would be pretty good as an iced tea for the berry flavor. Thanks again Annie.
