I was so excited to get this tea. Who doesn’t want to tame their tension? However, it tastes terrible. How do I explain this? If you took a weak chamomile tea, and spit your slightly chewed wad of Big Red Gum into it, it would taste like this tea. In addition to the disappointing taste, my tension is still alive and well. There is no sedative effect, no soothing sensation. Just disappointing gum water. CS peppermint is quite relaxing; I think I’ll stick with that.

My all time favorite tea. The flavor is just perfect. As someone who doesn’t use sugar or milk in my teas, I can’t ask for a better blend of seasonings. It’s refreshing, lemon-y, and has cat nip in it…Apparently cat nip has the opposite effect on humans as it does on cats – who knew? If you hate licorice, do not drink this as it does have a slight licorice flavor. Also subtle peppermint.

This tea also is incredibly relaxing…so much so, that I cannot have it at work unless I don’t mind dozing off!

I definitely feel more relaxed after drinking it. It’s more minty than I expected but I suppose that’s why it’s so effective. As far as taste goes, it’s pretty good for CS, but I’m still more partial to Sleepy Time and their Honey Vanilla Chamomile blend.

Quite lemony and maybe a bit piney, kind of reminds me of floor cleaner but it is quite comforting.

This tastes herby and it has a peppery bite to it, and then the aftertaste tastes like those Lemonhead candies.

Functional more than pleasurable to drink, to be honest. It will relax you about as well as a small glass of wine— no exaggeration. But it’s not the yummiest thing ever.

I love this tea. It’s a lovely and unusual herbal tea. It has quite a few ingredients, a number of which are pretty unusual (catnip?), so I have no idea what it is that comes out in the flavour, but it manages to be both perfectly soothing and also somehow… almost spicey, but not in a traditional sense. In any case, it’s lovely. Also, I loooove the picture on the box. Plus the name is cute. I pretty much try to have this one in my tea cupboard at all times.

I love tea but I’m usually having to ignore the unpleasant taste of not of them. This tea by far is the best tea I’ve ever had, I love it! I don’t see myself buying a different one.

This tea… It’s not for me. It’s very, very sweet. It’s minty. It’s lemony. It’s got a warmth from the cinnamon in it, but it’s cooling due to the mint. I don’t know. It’s not horribly offensive, I just don’t love it.
