One of my favourite senchas so far.
This is a chumushi (medium-steamed) sencha from the well-esteemed Kagewa region of Japan. Made from the Yabukita varietal, it offers a vibrant green cup, a fresh vegetal aroma and taste – reminiscent of lightly steamed fresh spinach or ocean spray.
