Milk Oolong is a variety of oolong tea that is truely unique. This tea’s unique flavour come from sudden climatic changes in the region where it’s grown, that cause the leaves to take on a milky, almost sweet, flavour and scent. This particular leaf was grown by an award winning oolong farmer.
Origin: Nantou, Taiwan
Type: Light roasted high mountain oolong
Brew: 2 tsp per cup; near boiling water; 3 minutes for first brew and then add 30 seconds for each subsequent infusion.
Great for morning or afternoon.
