2008 Chen Yun TF Jingmai Shan Yue Guang Bai - "Moon Light" 357g
This little aged yue guang bai cake is made of Jingmai shan large leaves spring material. Yue Guang Bai (also known as the Moon light) is not easily classified. In many means, it is akin to white tea, but not all production processes are the same. Its taste is similar to oolong tea, in further infusions, it gets more similar to red tea. Yue Guang Bai needs special wilting – without acces of sun light. There is a nice contrast between dark-toned leaves and silver tips.
Deep orange brewed tea have sweet and heavy fruity aroma. This tea is much more mature than 100g yue guang bai cake which we also sell. Taste is rich and fruity, little spicy and smooth.
