Mélange de Kashmir
I mixed together Kashmiri Chai from Golden Moon with Mélange de Chaminox from Upton for a delicious chai treat. To make:
4 teaspoons of tea
1 cup milk
1 cup water
Simmer for 8 minutes on a medium low heat. Cover and let steep one minute. Each minute longer you let it steep = stronger tea. Beware!! Strain into 2 cups which have a squirt of honey in them.
