Made this last night to kick off our “staycation” :) See tea listing for “recipe.” Delicious! I also added a squeeze of chocolate syrup to bring out the already present chocolate notes and it was pretty sublime. Just the right amount of spice and chocolate mixed in with the comforting milky goodness. What a treat.
Mélange de Kashmir
Black Chai Green Blend by Custom
I mixed together Kashmiri Chai from Golden Moon with Mélange de Chaminox from Upton for a delicious chai treat. To make:
4 teaspoons of tea
1 cup milk
1 cup waterin pan.
Simmer for 8 minutes on a medium low heat. Cover and let steep one minute. Each minute longer you let it steep = stronger tea. Beware!! Strain into 2 cups which have a squirt of honey in them.
