An earthy and slightly toasted aroma and an impressive mild green vegetable flavor.

Den’s Preferred Brewing:
Water: 3oz @ 180F
Leaves: 2 grams or 1 heaping teaspoon
Steep: 60 sec
2nd Cup: Water boiled; Steep 15 sec

This is one of my favorite every day green teas. It doesn’t get bitter if you over brew and stands up well for multiple brewing.
