I have been subsisting on bag teas the last few days as I’m staying with a friend, though their espresso machine has been of more interest to me! This tea was hidden way back in their pantry, and as a peppermint fan I had to try it. The first time it was uninteresting and kind of tasteless, but steeping 2 bags in one mug yielded a minty and pleasant tea. I also forgetfully over-steeped this a couple times (I’m talking like, 15-20 minutes+) and that possibly made it better.

Had a cuppa at a bikie pie stop. Didn’t expect too much but it was really really lovely! It was steeped perfectly and the water temperature matched it wonderfully. I’d definitely have it again :)
