This tea brews up darker than any other white tea I’ve had. It is good. While it may be partially because I added sugar, this tea has a honey sweetness to it and sweet notes of what I would call nectarines. This tea is better than expected. Can’t say whether I will feel an effect from the GABA, none so far but I’m not finished drinking.

Brewed this once in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf and 185 degree water for 3 min.

Do you ever Gongfu your GABA teas? That’s when I feel the effect. Totally felt it after three steepings on the Mandala black one.

This morning I brewed this western style and usually I have my GABA teas in a hurry before work so I have no time to gongfu them. I have thought that perhaps I would feel more effect if I gongfu it.
