Assam Black
Black tea from the Assam region of India. Assam tea brews up a burgundy-red cup with rich aroma and strong malty taste. The latter makes Assam an ideal breakfast-time tea.
Brewing: 1 tsp, 212 degrees, 3 minutes, 2 infusions
Brewing vessel: ceramic or Yixing clay teapots are preferred
Storage: Keep Assam Black cool and dry with no direct exposure to sunlight. Keep it away from other spices.
