Our specially selected Lu An Gua Pian (Melon Seed) is another fantastic green tea from China’s Famous Teas list. Carefully produced by hand, the second leaf – as opposed to the bud – is deveined and rolled over a gentle heat to produce Lu’An’s distinctive melon seed shape.
