Rou Gui Wulong (Cassia Tea)
Rou Gui Wulong or Cassia Tea is a beautiful oolong from China’s Wuyi Mountain range. Over recent years, as Rou Gui’s popularity has grown, many people have begun referring to it as the 5th ‘Si Da Ming Cong’ which roughly translate as the ‘Four Famous Wuyi Oolongs.’
