The Jasmine flowers are harvested early in the morning, while still closed, and stored in a cool, dry place until evening, then layered with the dried green tea. On warm summer nights, the jasmine blossoms open and transfer their intoxicating scent to the tea. This process is repeated again and again until the perfect, delicate balance of jasmine and tea is achieved.
Our Jasmine Petal tea uses only the highest grade of green tea leaves and is scented with real jasmine petals.
