one of my favorite teas by earthbound that we serve at my cafe and customers love it. the quality of the tea leaves are apparent upon blossoming and the aroma is beautiful and strong of jasmine flowers. and it’s true, you can steep for at least a couple cups with one serving!
Jasmine Dragon Pearls
Jasmine teas are produced in many different provinces of China. This “Pearl” Tea is made by lightly rolling fine, tender, green leaves and buds which are then infused with the essence of fresh Jasmine Blossoms.
The Pearls of tea blossom during brewing, releasing a green/yellowish liquor which has a powerful and heady aroma of Jasmine Flowers. The flavor of this tea is sweet and smooth with an aroma of Jasmine that is exquisite.
