From Elmwood Inn

A classic green Chinese tea from the village of Dragon Well. The flat green leaves produce a clear yellowish green liquor with a slightly sweet aftertaste. Prized for four unique qualities: jade color, vegetative aroma, mellow chestnutty flavor, and singular shape. Drink alone or as a digestif after a heavy meal. Contains the powerful antixodant EGCG. Drink four cups per day for good health.

I think I put a little too much honey in this; I could barely taste the tea itself. I’ll have to try it again.

This is my favorite tea. It’s great on its own, but I also like to make it iced with honey and ginger. Delicious!
