Soft floral notes, with a warm undertone. Nice mid fermented oolong. A pinch of sugar to bring out the floral more. Brewed in a Teavana Perfect Teamaker(for shame, I know better). I should have used my kyusu, or at least my yixing.
Margaret's Hope Oolong
The estate of Margaret’s Hope is located near Kurseong in Darjeeling. After fermentation, their Oolong is characterised by a wonderful peachy quality and a light floral bouquet.
