A milder, lighter, less astringent peppermint tea. I actually prefer more punch in my peppermint, but this is a perfect choice for more delicate palettes.
Peppermint
Peppermint tea has a long history, often recommended for improving the digestion and refreshing the palate after a rich meal. Ours is made with fresh leaves grown at the Tregothnan Estate in Cornwall and they produce a light, aromatic and pleasantly minty infusion.
